Repliq ("we", "us") provides a missed-call management and client retention service for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
We collect the information needed to run the service: your account details (name, business name, email), your dedicated number, the phone numbers and message content of conversations handled on your behalf, your bookings and client records, and basic usage data.
Your data is used solely to provide the Repliq service. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

If you connect Google Calendar, Repliq requests access to your calendar events so it can display them and add your Repliq bookings to your calendar. We do not share your calendar data with third parties or use it beyond providing this feature. You can disconnect at any time from within the app. Repliq's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Repliq sends two kinds of SMS on behalf of businesses using the service:
Recipients can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying OPT OUT (and opt back in with OPT IN). Opting out of marketing does not affect booking or service replies. Standard carrier opt-out keywords such as STOP are also honoured. Every promotional message includes opt-out instructions. Businesses using Repliq are responsible for having a lawful basis to message their own customers; Repliq provides the tools to capture consent and honour opt-outs.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as billing records) by law.
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
