Repliq provides a missed-call management and client retention platform for small businesses. By using our service you agree to these terms.
New Starter and Pro accounts start with a 7-day trial that costs a one-off £2, payable when you sign up. This £2 gives you full access to your chosen plan for the 7-day trial period. The Business plan does not include a £2 trial and begins as a paid subscription on signup.
If you continue onto a paid plan after the 7-day trial, your £2 trial fee is refunded in full and only the standard monthly or annual plan price applies from that point. If you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, no further charges are taken, but the £2 trial fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months on an active subscription.
You agree to use Repliq lawfully and to have a lawful basis for messaging your own customers. You are responsible for the content of any promotional messages you send and for honouring opt-outs. Repliq must not be used to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.
Your use of Repliq is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business and client data.
We work hard to keep Repliq running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
